Gastric Bypass Surgery
Gastric bypass is a surgery that helps to lose weight by changing how your stomach and small intestine handle the food you eat. After the surgery, the stomach tends to become smaller.
Gastric bypass can be done in two ways. With open surgery, the surgeon makes a large surgical cut and hence operated. The bypass is done by working on the stomach, small intestine, and other organs.

Someone having a body mass index or BMI of 40 or more or someone who have a lower BMI such as 35 to 40, but also have serious health problems related to obesity such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, or severe sleep apnea
