A breast lift also referred to as Mastopexy is a surgical procedure performed by a plastic surgeon and the goal is to change the shape of the breasts. During a breast lift procedure, excess skin is removed and breast tissue is reshaped to raise the breasts from its original size.
This procedure will not significantly change the size of the breasts, but a breast lift can be done in combination with breast augmentation or breast reduction procedure.
