Dr. Satish Rao brings 23 years of experience and expertise in Head, Neck & Breast Oncology surgeries. He has completed his training in surgical oncology from a well-known oncology training institute in Mumbai. Dr Rao has undergone advanced training in Head & Neck oncology at Sloan Kettering Cancer centre, New York, USA and specialized training in endoscopic laser surgery for head & neck cancer from university of Kiel and University of Gottingen, Germany.
He has more than 25 publications and papers to his credit in International and National journals.
Dr. Rao has vast experience in operating Oral, Thyroid and Parotid Tumors. He expertises in Voice conservation & Breast surgeries.
He has been in the executive committee of the Indian Association of Surgical Oncology, Foundation for Head & Neck Oncology and International College of Surgeons, Indian Section.
